It’s just over a year since we launched our initial savings products. To coincide with this important milestone, we recently conducted our first comprehensive customer survey* asking our customers for their views about saving with us. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with customers particularly upbeat about our straightforward, online account application process and our communications with them.

We also asked our customers what particular features they look for when opening an account. Perhaps unsurprisingly, an attractive interest rate and Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) backing came top of their list, with online account management also rating highly.
