Congratulations on your new role. What are you looking forward to most in your role, anything exciting you can reveal to us?

I am looking forward to creating new relationships within the dealer market and finding opportunities for Paragon to support dealer sales.

As you’re working with ambitious entrepreneurs, who are your three top business icons?

My first one would have to be Elon Musk. I think he’s actively pushing boundaries with technology which is fantastic for the future.

I’d also pick Steve Jobs. To constantly be re-inventing products and technology to a point where you’re always number one is unbelievable.

Finally, Jeff Bezos. To control the majority of the market and create new avenues and reinvent the company is very impressive.

For the aspiring youth have you got any advice for breaking into the industry?

Yes, the best advice I can give is to work hard and be yourself. People buy people and this should never change.
